Institutional leaders and project designers are required to design and run quality, achievable projects so that they can bring productivity and benefits to the community.
The statement was made by international Advisor from CESO Canada, Bryan Marshman during a training organized by the Community Hands Foundation in collaboration with CESO aimed at empowering leaders and project managers from various institutions held at Community Hands Offices, Mwenge in Dar es salaam today Thursday May 12-2022.
Marshman said that many project designers have been creating projects without doing enough research and eventually the projects get stuck and end up on the road and fail to achieve the goals of the projects.
Bryan Marshman urged the beneficiaries of the training to use it as an essential Tool to design and run better, more productive and viable projects.
For his part, the Executive Director of the Community Hands Foundation, Paul Makoe said the training is important because the beneficiaries will be empowered to design projects that can be implemented and bring productivity to the community.
He said the training was accompanied by various activities such as project design, implementation of social projects, proper use of project funds and other things.
He said the project was designed after receiving various comments from institutional leaders and project designers on challenges in project management and management.
The training was also attended by Taslim Madhani and Michael Dalali representatives from the Canadian embassy.
In her speech Taslim Madhani commended the efforts made by the Community Hands Foundation in collaboration with CESO in conducting training that aims to bring about positive success.
